Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Therefore please choose a date of delivery that is at least 2 days ahead of the date that you want to receive your order.

Please choose the relevant shipping cost for your purchase to avoid any complications, delays or additional fees.

Shipping cost:

Frames/ Homeware: $4

Each preserved/ fresh flower arrangement: $15 (if you buy more than one flower product from us and you need delivery to different locations, we will contact you again regarding shipping for possible additional top-up of shipping cost).

Deliveries

Deliveries are made from 10am to 7pm on Mondays to Fridays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. If you need a delivery on a weekend or at a specific time slot, please contact us via our 'Order special instructions segment' under check out or 'Contact Page', additional fees may apply.

There could be potential delays due to a high volume of orders during special occasion or postal service problems that are beyond our control. We seek your understanding in this matter and be patient with our delivery partner.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 530435. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-9pm everyday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
